I’m a dark chocolate lover and I rarely reach for a milk chocolate. However, this Fruition Banana Flambé Milk Chocolate Bar is an exception because it’s exceptional! Lately I’ve been savoring a small piece of this smooth bar at the end of a dark chocolate flight and that is delightful!!!! I’d call this a celebration, special occasion bar. It’s cozy yet exquisitely elegant - a small portion delivers the satisfaction of an entire dessert.

The mouthfeel is absolutely gorgeous and every ingredient is so perfectly balanced. You’ve got milk chocolate, bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg and a splash of rum (that adds rich depth of flavor rather than a taste of alcohol) all playing together so nicely. It’s sweet, but not overly so. The bar is crafted from precious Dominican Nacional Beans which have a noble heritage that can be traced back to Ecuador more than 5,000 years ago.  

This chocolate bar just may be the definition of decadence.
