Return / Damage FAQ

At, we take great pleasure in selecting the finest products available for our store. We take pride in ensuring that the product is kept in perfect storage conditions and that the package is shipped with the utmost care for your or your recipient’s enjoyment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of perishable items, including but not limited to chocolates and confections.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt; any claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please contact us at or call 646-239-5049 M-F 10am-6pm EST. If we are not available to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the product arrives in damaged condition, please take photos of both the outer packaging as well as the product.  We will use these to file a claim against the postal carrier.  In the meantime, we will replace the item or issue a refund, if the item is out of stock. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.
