Amedei Porcelana Dark Chocolate
Delicate and harmonious, this bar is a treasure. It is called “Porcelana” because the beans are a pale and rare varietal known as Criollo. This Criollo grows southwest of Lake Maracaibo in the region of Venezuela known as Zulia. The cocoa’s flavor is sweet and delectable. This bar is sophisticated, yet approachable and really, really hard to put down!
The flavor notes are almond and lightly toasted brioche.
