Barometer Chocolate


Fueled by passion and dedication, Guido Castagna began his professional journey with fine chocolate and hazelnuts in confectionery school. He honed his craft at various pastry and chocolate shops throughout Italy’s Piedmont region and became world famous for his gorgeous chocolate creations while working at his parents’ pasticceria in Torino. In 2002 he founded a workshop of his own in Giaveno.

Guido studied traditional gianduia recipes and made his stand out by including only the finest cocoa beans and hazelnuts while utilizing his own distinct crafting methods. He realized that milk and cocoa powder are completely unnecessary ingredients in the perfect chocolate and hazelnut creation. See for yourself what pure and truly exceptional gianduoitti taste like!
