This bundle contains 4 luscious bars. The Fruition Brown Butter Milk Chocolate Bar is crafted with beans from the Dominican Republic along with exceptional butter and milk from Ronnybrook Farm in Ancramdale, NY. It is creamy and dreamy and one of my top sellers. The Fallingwater bar, crafted from Venezuelan cacao is a delicious and edible piece of art inspired by the eponymous Frank Lloyd Wright house in southwestern PA. The Soma Old School Milk Chocolate Bar, made from very rare Venezuelan Chuao beans has a cult following. This is the only one in the bunch that has the texture of a (rich!) chocolate cookie but it is literally just made from 3 ingredients: cocoa nibs, milk powder and organic cane sugar. There’s one more Fruition bar in the mix, and this one is the Spring Salted Dark Milk,  a Peruvian 56% which has a higher cacao percentage and is slightly less sweet than the others with a hint of sea salt. It’s lovely and voluptuous on the palate just like the others.
