Valrhona Raspberry Chocolate Snacking Pieces
When I offer these lovely little raspberry chocolates at the end of a tasting or tucked into a customer’s order as an extra goody, everyone wants to know if I have more on hand.
So, here they are!
They are such a beautiful burst of pure raspberry lusciousness…not too sweet, not too tart, dairy-free, and very, very raspberry. One or two pieces just hits the spot when you are seeking a sweet treat. I might have a nice square of dark chocolate…something with very chocolatey notes… like the Friis Holm Triple Churned Chuno or the Kahkow Los Bejucos…and then follow it with one of these lovelies. Sheer perfection and satisfaction for the taste buds!
They come in little bags tied with a ribbon, 8 pieces per bag, which is one ounce. When you indicate the quantity you would like, a quantity of 1 is equivalent to a 1-oz bag. 2 oz fit very nicely in a bag, and that is 16 pieces.

Store this product in a cool, dry and scent-free space that is between 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Any unused portion may be rewrapped in the original packaging and placed in an airtight food storage bag.
