Éclat is quite fanatical about their Best By dates and stamps those dates just a few weeks out after crafting them. The Best By dates on these lovelies happens to be December 24 but I can tell you from personal experience that they will be wonderful for a few weeks beyond that date (if they last that long!). I insist on providing my customers with the best, and all of my chocolate is stored in a carefully temperature-controlled environment for long-lasting freshness and superior quality.
