I find myself continuously reaching for this newly awarded Gold Winner at the International Chocolate Awards Americas Competition and won the bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards World Final. It has a slow melt with flavor notes of raspberries, pie crust, caramel and of course, rich dark chocolate. Yum!!!!!.

This is an Askinosie Collaboration Bar. The folks at Askinosie partnered with the jam makers at American Spoon to craft this timeless and delectable bar. The cacao beans are directly sourced from farmers in San Jose Del Tambo, Ecuador.
Personally I love a few pieces of this bar followed by a a little Castronovo Arhuacos Dark Milk Chocolate with Sea Salt. Divine together!!!
