Bryan Graham from Fruition takes silky Öko Caribe organic cacao (from the San Francisco de Macoris region, Duarte province of the Dominican Republic) and adds milk and churned brown butter to craft this rich and decadent interpretation of a classic milk chocolate bar. The handmade butter is locally sourced from Ronnybrook Farm, which is near Fruition’s chocolate workshop in Shokan, NY.
This bar tastes like chocolate truffles, sweet cream, and deep golden caramel with an exceptionally long, lightly fruity finish.
